Cancellation Policy

Bloom Together and Sketchbook Lab: Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Sketchbook Lab six-week course (£150) You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, provided no sessions have taken place. If the course starts within those 14 days and you ask us to reserve your place straight away, you can still cancel within the 14 days, but you’ll be charged £25 for each session you’ve attended. The rest is refunded. After the 14 days, and at least 7 days before the first session: full refund. Less than 7 days before the first session, or once the course has started: no refund. You can, however, transfer your place to another person, or to a future course if there’s space. We can’t refund missed sessions, but we’re happy to share what you missed. 2. Single sessions (£30) and the communal canvas event (16 December) Cancel at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund or credit. Less than 48 hours’ notice: no refund, but you can send someone in your place. If you book more than 14 days ahead, you also have a 14-day right to cancel for a full refund. 3. Bloom Together private events Prices are agreed in writing, and a 25% deposit secures your date. Cancel more than 28 days before the event: deposit refunded. 14 to 28 days before: deposit retained. 7 to 14 days before: 50% of the fee is payable. Less than 7 days before: the full fee is payable. You can move your date once, free of charge, subject to availability. These terms apply to organisations and businesses. If you’re an individual booking for yourself, you also have the 14-day cancellation right described in section 1. 4. If we cancel or change a session If we cancel a session (for example through illness, venue problems or too few bookings), you can choose a full refund, a transfer or a credit. If we reschedule a session within a course, you can attend the new date or ask for a refund for that session. 5. Illness and emergencies If you can’t attend for a genuine reason, tell us and we’ll do our best to offer credit or a transfer. 6. How to cancel and refunds Email hilary@bloom-together.co.uk with your name and the session you’re cancelling. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation. 7. Your legal rights This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
